Happy to see new advancements with Shop since its initial launch. Sales increasing through the app all the time.

Shop is a secure, versatile shopping tool. You can find almost any product, especially those specially, smaller companies that have unique custom products- but may not have the large production facilities and huge amounts of inventory for Amazon. Shop is easy to use, stores your info, all to streamline and expand your shopping experience.

Well at first it was fine. Then i had a scammer do a charge back on me and from what i understand the banks don't investigate they just award the money to the scammer (fake customer). I was locked out of Shop because of it for several months. Now its back. I'm not sure how it works because Shop doesn't bring customers but I assume its good to have.

The Shop app has been a game-changer for my business. It has made it incredibly easy to expand my reach and connect with new customers who wouldn't have found my store otherwise. The interface is user-friendly, the integration is seamless, and it provides a fantastic platform for growing a brand. If you are looking to boost your visibility and attract fresh buyers, I highly recommend it!

I stopped my campaigns on June 15th, but I'm still getting charged. Your support told me that even when I turn a campaign off, I keep getting charged for the next 7 days or so, even though it's not running anymore. How does that work? If the ads aren't running, why am I still paying? With Meta or TikTok, when I turn my ads off, I'm not charged anymore. Why is it different here? On top of that, if I want to refund a customer, the sales tax that was collected doesn't get refunded to me either. This is an awful app, and the way the ads campaigns are billed makes no sense. Please fix your campaigns and the bill charges, and make it right.

It has produced sales for me. Only issue I have had is 4 of the five recent sales flad as possible fraud but in the end are not. Not sure what is going on there

It's an obvious extension of what you're already doing on Shopify while providing a unique shopping portal for your customers. The fact that you can create an account on Shop and use it to shop at other stores is a big plus and easily allows the customer to use a payment source of their choosing (including Paypal). There are inherent protections built in for transactions and I've only had positive experiences with Shop. In addition, the Shop profile for your business is automatically generated from your existing settings, information, and content (images pricing, collections) so you're up and running with minimal configuration needed. There are options to customize further as you like, but to be honest we launched our Shop profile and it has just been humming along with zero problems and little intervention. Thanks Shop!
