We tried another order merger app that caused more problems for us than it solved. After doing more research, we found the Order Merger app which met all of our requirements (and then some). We scheduled an onboarding call with Tom who carefully listened to our requirements and then assisted us to configure the Order Merger app to meet all of our needs. Tom did a great job explaining the various features and configuration options in the Order Merger app and the customer order editing option as well. Customer service like this is refreshing to say the least. Thank you very much Tom.

We have been desperate for an app to alleviate the manual, time consuming, error prone, pressure of merging orders. We looked at other apps, but they didn't fit at all with our method of operating. Easily the best order merging app that I've used. I have been using TrioM for a few years now and it has saved me hundred of hours of manual work. Support has always been great with very quick responses and solutions to any questions I may have. It seems that they are constantly making improvements to the app as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience with them.
