Der Rechnungsprinter ist eng mit shopify verzahnt und funktioniert im Großen und Ganzen gut. Es gibt einige Einstellmöglichkeiten, so dass die Rechnungen wunschgemäß angepasst werden können. In den jeweiligen shopify-Bestellungen sind die entsprechenden Rechnungsdokumente in Pathway verlinkt.
Es macht irgendwie was es soll, aber es gibt viele Probleme unterschiedlicher Tragweite: - Das Datum der Bestellung wir aus createdAt importiert, statt aus processedAt. Damit sind alle Bestellungen, die zu Shopify importiert wurden (z.B. im Rahmen einer Migration) im Rechnungsprinter falsch datiert (Importdatum statt Bestelldatum). - Das Dashboard ist regelmäßig langsam, 10-30s Wartezeit ist nicht mehr zumutbar. - Der Buchungsfilter ist sehr versteckt und hat mit der Rechnungspersonalisierung eigentlich nichts zu tun. - Das Onboarding setzt sich immer wieder zurück und scheint komplett buggy zu sein. und mehr...
Das Meeting mit Dominik von Pathway war wirklich gut. Alles wurde einfach und verständlich erklärt, ohne kompliziert zu werden. Er ist auf jede Frage eingegangen. Unsere Probleme konnten wir schnell klären. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt – kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne.

Pathway macht unser Leben so viel leichter. Alles läuft automatisch und man wird Schritt für Schritt an die Hand genommen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Im Schnittstellenbereich wirklich der Rolls Royce.
Hatte ein Meeting mit Dominik in Bali – top Support bei der gesamten Einrichtung! Alles lief super schnell und unkompliziert. Die Datenverarbeitung für den direkten DATEV-Export funktioniert extrem einfach und automatisiert. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich von der Rechnungserstellung: Sie passt sich automatisch an die Sprache des Ziellandes an. Die beiden Apps, Pathway Buchaltungsexport und Rechnungsprinter Pro, werden mir jede Menge manuellen Aufwand ersparen – endlich kein ständiges Ärgern mehr mit Lexoffice und manuellen Buchungsanpassungen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Dominik für die kompetente und effiziente Unterstützung beim Setup!
Die App tut genau was sie soll und das absolut zuverlässig und sehr smart. Wir hatten auch schon anderes Anbieter getestet und keiner kam nur annähernd an den Rechnungsprinter Pro von Pathway heran. Wirklich ein top Tool, macht weiter so!
Wir nutzen den Rechnungsprinter Pro seit ein paar Monaten. Neben der GOBD konformen Rechnungserstellung und Ablage, sticht vor allem die einfache Einrichtung und Bedienung hervor. Preis-Leistung ist für uns stimmig.
