PostPilot has been a great partner for our team. Abby is so supportive and helps us refresh campaigns, suggesting new ways to segment our audience, and helping us pivot when something isn’t working. We’ve seen strong results, and her support has made a real difference.
Working with Post Pilot has been a genuine partnership, not just a vendor relationship. Isaac and the team are incredibly reliable and consistently bring sharp recommendations and strategy to the table — they don't just execute, they think alongside us. We've seen stellar results across both prospecting and retargeting with direct mail, and that comes down to how hands-on they are: from segmentation to creative to strategy around new store openings, they're deeply involved at every stage. PostPilot has become an essential app in our DTC marketing stack. From an automations/flow standpoint as well as results dashboard, it truly functions like a Klaviyo or Meta, but for direct mail. Based on the results, I'm looking for ways to send more postcard flows as they have become consistent revenue-generating assets that require very little ongoing work by our team. Our account manager Horacio is always bringing great ideas on how we can get more out of the partnership.
This app has changed out business in terms of retention. The staff, the user ability all of it. 10/10.
