I just had an issue but the Quizify team handled it quickly, with a detailed email and made it right! I really like the interface, its cool and FAST to use. I especially like the youtube videos made simple.
I had an issue with the quiz connecting with one of my collections and the staff was very responsive and resolved my issue in a timely matter. Thank you again!
Excellent app and fantastic support. We use Quizify as a product finder on our Shopify store and it works brilliantly for helping customers find the right products. We recently had an issue with product recommendations not displaying correctly, and the support team investigated it, identified the problem and fixed it for us quickly. Everything is now working perfectly again. Really responsive, helpful team and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Quizify offers great value for the price, and the support team genuinely wants to help. Priyanka, in particular, was incredibly patient, responsive, and dedicated to helping me work through my questions. I found the product recommendation scoring logic difficult to follow for more advanced quiz setups. I spent quite a bit of time trying to configure the recommendation logic I originally envisioned and ultimately had to restructure my quiz to fit the platform's standard "normal" logic. Overall, I would recommend Quizify to businesses looking for an affordable quiz platform.
Quizify has been a great find for our Shopify store. We built a 3-question product-recommendation quiz for KOBO Pickleball, and the app handled the logic beautifully. The exact match recommendation system works perfectly — it correctly matches customers to the right paddle based on their skill level, performance goal, and biggest frustration. Setting up 12 different result combinations was straightforward once we understood the system. The Klaviyo integration works well with customer quiz data, including answer tags, syncs cleanly to Klaviyo profiles, which allows us to build segmented email flows. The support team deserves a special mention. They were responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the setup process. Every question was answered thoroughly and quickly. Overall, a solid quiz app that does exactly what it promises. Recommended for anyone looking to build product recommendation quizzes on Shopify.
