Great app backed by an exceptional support team. Every issue and customization request we raised was handled quickly and professionally. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the right solutions. We are very satisfied with both the app’s performance and the outstanding customer support. Highly recommended!
We recently subscribed to SB Request a Quote and the app is working great for us. We can add items to this app for a customised quote if we want to add a special price or special shipping. We receive an email alert when a customer has submitted a request for a quote.
The overlay works well and looks great, but we have been running into some issues with receiving email notifications. Fortunately the team is very professional and willing to help us get it straightened out.
The application is suitable for what we are looking for, it has another feature that will be implemented next week and it is perfect for what we need.
Have been using this app for a little while. For a smaller business, this one is fairly easy to integrate into the workflow. Support has been pretty good in my experience.
I just started using this app for my store and the process has been very smooth by far. The customer support team has been very helpful and prompt with any requests I have had. A special mention to Priyanka who went out of her way to sort out the issues I was facing. She was prompt in following up to ensure that all the topics that needed to be addressed were looked into. I am happy with my experience by far.
Not being very knoweldgable in apps and such, I needed help in getting this app to work on my website. These people were all over me non stop until we got it going. It works great for me and happy to have such a crew always available.
