If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I run a graphic design, and custom printing business, and Draft Order Magic has become one of the most valuable apps in our Shopify workflow. One of the biggest challenges with Shopify for custom manufacturing businesses like mine is draft order pricing. Our products stay the same, but every order is quoted differently based on the client's specifications. Draft Order Magic allows us to adjust pricing on individual draft orders without changing the underlying catalog price, which is a huge improvement over Shopify's default workflow. We also rely on detailed item descriptions for production, including materials, sizes, finishes, and other custom specifications. The ability to create property templates has streamlined our workflow and improved consistency across orders. The software was already excellent, but what truly impressed me was the customer service. I submitted a feature request that would automatically assign the property templates to specific products. My team was manually selecting the template every time we created a draft order. It wasn't a major issue, but it added extra steps and created opportunities for mistakes. I expected the suggestion to disappear into a feature request queue. Instead, Brad personally responded, agreed it was a valuable idea, and said they would look into it. Just a few days later, the feature was built and released. I've now used the feature in production, and it works exactly as advertised. It saves additional time, reduces manual work, and creates a more consistent process for our staff. It's rare to find a software company that listens this closely to its customers and moves this quickly on feedback. Draft Order Magic not only solves real Shopify limitations, but it's backed by a team that genuinely cares about improving the product. If your business relies heavily on draft orders, custom pricing, or product-specific order details, this app is an absolute must-have. Outstanding software. Outstanding support. Outstanding experience.

Adds functionality that Shopify should really have built in from the beginning, and at a fair price. Entirely worth it. Imagine not being able to create an order with prices that are different from your set item default prices -- other than to change the default prices, then create the order, and then re-adjust the default prices. This app solves that in a nice and simple way by allowing you to change the prices of an order to anything you like after the fact. This is functionality that Shopify users have screamed for in Shopify's forums for literally years and years. Shame on Shopify! Bravo to Draft Order Magic!

Makes applying custom discounts a lot easier

Draft Order Edit is brilliant and has significantly improved our workflow saving us time and errors. We were looking for a way to extend our orders by adding notes and repeated information to products. Being a catering company our products often need a high level of customisation. For example, we have front end apps that add options like flavours and dietaries but not a way to add this in the backend to individual products. We are thrilled to find this app. It has hit the spot perfectly with the property templates, notes field and the ability to reorder products. The team is great with support as well. Highly recommended.

there is bug sometime when we save after a reorder, it fails
