Scored on 21 merchant reviews we hold for OmniOne Feeds Management, across five checks. Every figure is computed from those reviews — expand any row to see the counts behind it.

Computed from the 21 reviews we hold, with 12-month windows measured to 2026-08. This scores the public review record — it is not a review of the software itself, and a low score often means we hold little evidence rather than poor evidence.

I engaged with this marketing company with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The journey began with Herman, who initially assisted us, but after three months, I observed minimal return on investment (ROI) and no significant improvement in our website's conversion rates. In an attempt to address the issues, the representative was switched to Kyle, only to be replaced by Brian shortly after. Despite Brian's friendly demeanor, the outcomes were still disheartening. After investing a total of $4,800, the generated sales barely exceeded $1,000 over a six-month period. This disappointing performance left me questioning the effectiveness of their strategies and the value of the services rendered. One major point of contention is the lack of transparency regarding their offerings. During the sign-up process, there was no indication that the company solely focuses on paid ads and does not provide SEO services. This crucial detail was only discovered later on, and it significantly impacted the overall effectiveness of the marketing campaign. The absence of SEO services means that if you don't have a substantial budget for paid ads, your investment may result in minimal returns. This limitation should have been clearly communicated during the initial discussions, allowing clients to make informed decisions based on their budget and marketing goals. In essence, my experience with this marketing company has been marked by unfulfilled promises, limited results, and a lack of upfront transparency. I would caution potential clients to exercise due diligence and carefully consider their specific needs and budget constraints before engaging with this company. Buyer beware, as the reality may fall far short of the expectations set during the initial pitch.

So far i have not seen any help from this people, used the on other platform before and it worked. Schedule a zoom, the person cancelled on me and been waiting since March 4th. Bad service...

Well, I'm blown away! We were trying to find a way to connect our websites to google and bing and this is by far the best option! We had several issues with other services and continue to bang our head against the wall to no avail! I sat down on a Friday afternoon, installed the app, was greeted by Scott and in no time I had their app installed on both of our websites and the feeds updated into google. No more wondering what is going on with google! You know, and if you don't just message them and they will tell you what's up! I can not convey how impressed I am with he level of service and technology provided by this team! Anyone who leaves a bad review didn't connect with their support team! Now I will rave about Scott, he was fantastic! He knew the answers to all of my questions before I even asked them. He sent easy-to-follow instructions and helped me along when I was being dense. I'm not sure you can ask for anything more from a company! I mean, I can't think of anything! AWESOME TECH + AWESOME TEAM = HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

It's much more expensive than other feed apps out there. When you spend $500 on ad spent they are going to charge you $50 which is 10% of your spend. They have a free version, but it does not work with apparel because you can't enter in required fields for apparel without upgrading to a $20 version. The free version also does not support modifying titles and descriptions to be different than what you have on the store, which is what is needed in most cases when using google shopping. I found the setup to be pretty easy.

Developer repliedHi Imagery Socks! Thank you very much for reviewing our app. We always appreciate honest feedback. While the Feed Tool and Campaign Manager features are separate (one not necessarily requiring the other), we do understand how this may have seemed confusing based on the plan tiers. The Feed Tool is, out of the box, free for up to 10K SKUs - $20/month nets you up to 100K SKUs and the added benefit of the Advanced Modify add-on which on its own is $20/month. Campaign Manager access is free when you spend up to $500/mo on your ads. The next tier is $50/month for up to $1000/mo in spend. Again, this is totally optional and you wouldn't ever incur additional costs if you were to opt out of these features. We'd be happy to show you ways to use our app and other free tools to achieve the results you want - in most cases we find that even other apps are at least comparable or even more expensive relative to what our app provides. Cheers! Show more

I run a brick and mortar store in Metairie, Louisiana called Relish. I sell hand-selected women's Fashion, gifts, and kids clothing for Europe. I was first told about Sales & Orders from my husband. He has The Garden Gates and I would complain that I wasn't getting online sales. He told me over and over, but I just didn't listen until my 2 sons, started using Sales & Orders. Yes, we are a family of online retailers and we each have our own niche. All I know is that I fill my doorway up with orders for UPS, USPS, and FedEx to be picked up... and the best part " I have no idea what that program does, I just get emails from Julie telling me what she thinks we should do next." My usually reply" Sell More" I'm the furthest thing from an online wizard but I know how to find the best products from my clients. I also know to find the best App's to run my business and clearly, Sales & Orders is a winner. Got Questions - Called and Ask for Julie, - Want a beautiful gift @shoprelish Best Beth

Developer repliedHey Beth! Wow, thank you so much for such an awesome review. You definitely have a winner in Julie who is a veteran in our field. We'll keep those orders coming! Show more

The App works well but the support is why you add S&O. Scott in support has helped me out of many issues. We use this App on 3 different stores, and really the support team is why. Scott told me they are working on training videos - when they have those -- I will adjust to 5 stars! The "Help" is organized by the page you are working on -- very smart.

Developer repliedThanks for the awesome review! Show more

Only been a couple of hours trying out this app. The thing that stands out the most is the support, which is fantastic. Scott is extremely responsive online, and have addressed every question and concern completely. Can't say enough about this - tremendous amount of help from Scott. So far everything looks positive.

Developer repliedHey Rebel Bod, Thank you so much for your kind words and such a glowing review of our support. We always strive to put our customers first - we know Scott certainly appreciates the shout out! All our best! Show more

I worked with Taisha DeAza and John Sciacchitano in the Sales and Order team and they were truly helpful and prompt. Taisha was patient during our calls and John solved some of our feed issues very quickly. As for the app, it still hasnt hit the sweet spot for us, but the service is very satisfactory.
