App is buggy as all get out. Drop down selections mysteriously disappear, icons shift on the page, and submissions get lost. Have to look for an alternative now.
The form builder is a breeze to use. The ability to use conditional logic to show or hide various items on the form based on user input is also great, as is multi-step form options. The form has so many options for customization built in, as well as the ability to use custom CSS, so it can fit into nearly any site design. And, if you need help, the developer is also very responsive and quick to reply.
Thanks to the developers, they added a custom function quite quickly!
