Oprava: Dobrá aplikácia a super komunikácia, ďakujem za rýchle riešenie nedostatkov :) Pôvodne: Super vec, pokiaľ nepotrebujete aby sa Vám prenasali aj telefonne cisla zakaznikov. Inak zbytocné, pretoze ak sa Vam automaticky vystavi faktura a vy potom rucne musite dopisovat telefonne cislo zakaznika do systemu Superfaktury, tak to je otravne. Plus, urcite by bolo super keby sa prenasali aj ID platieb, co je tiez velka pomoc pre identifikaciu uhrad pre uctovnicku.

For complex business use, I suggest adding a trigger for generating invoices and proforma invoices, in addition to the status, also by the payment method of the order. This would solve the omnichannel scenario when an e-shop order or Shopify POS order is paid in the store or upon pickup and generating invoices is not desired. Michal

Not satisfied with the app, especially support is really slow (almost non existent) and the app is not working too frequently. If you have to ship orders the day the app doesn't work, then you can just sit down and wait. They also don't add app features - there is also no way to create Pro-forma invoices from draft orders and customers can't download their invoices from their account.

UPDATED: The developers managed to solve the issue within a few days. I recommend it for store owners using Superfaktura. Thank you. The app works well overall and has a lot of potential, but there is one serious issue for merchants in Slovakia and the Czech Republic or elsewhere where COD is accepted. When an order is paid by Cash on Delivery, the invoice is generated with the order date instead of the delivery/payment date. This causes problems with VAT compliance and makes it very difficult to use for COD sales. Also it can be very time consuming to fix this manually. Support is also quite slow, which makes it harder to resolve these issues quickly. If the invoicing logic for COD could be adjusted to reflect the correct delivery/payment date, this app would be a great solution. I really hope the team addresses this, because otherwise the app is very solid.

Useful app and supportive team! We've been searching for a reliable SuperFaktura integration for years, and I believe we've finally found it. Fingers crossed that the collaboration with the Make it Easy team continues to go as smoothly as it has so far!

I praise this excellent plugin, it is a great help in managing and sending invoices to customers. Also, the technical support is at a high level and always tries to help and guide.
