Fanny was extremely helpful, responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. The upgrade was completed within minutes, everything was clearly explained, and she even offered advice on optimizing our translated word count. If you are looking for a translation solution with SEO-friendly URLs, excellent Shopify integration and outstanding customer support, I can highly recommend Weglot.

Impossible to give more than one star. I spent over an hour trying to set up this app. Even after following all the instructions, the warning messages kept appearing despite everything being correctly enabled in Shopify. The interface is confusing, the setup process is not intuitive, and the app feels full of bugs. It's impossible to tell whether the issue comes from the app or the configuration. To make things worse, there isn't even a live chat. If you need help, you're told to send an email and wait. Very disappointing first experience. I've uninstalled the app and will be looking for another solution. Goodbye.
