I strongly advise against using Zinrelo. After using the app for over four years, I can confidently say that almost any other loyalty program on Shopify offers better functionality, more modern features, and more transparent pricing. Zinrelo feels extremely outdated, and the platform lacks many tools that are standard with more affordable competitors. One of the most frustrating experiences I had was when I hit the maximum member count allowed in my plan. Instead of reaching out or helping me manage the situation, Zinrelo simply began charging me steep overage fees—an additional $50 to $70 per month on top of our $1,500 annual contract. There was no warning, no support, just extra charges. To make matters worse, despite reaching out to cancel on the exact day the new contract began, they still auto-renewed the agreement without my consent or signature, and have flat-out refused to issue a refund. I am currently in the middle of a chargeback dispute with my credit card company to recover the money. Customer support has also been a constant pain point. It's nearly impossible to get timely assistance since their team is entirely overseas, and we’ve had to wait over a week for responses on urgent issues more than once. That level of service is unacceptable, especially for what they charge. Zinrelo has shown no willingness to work with us, even after years as a loyal customer. Their strict policies and lack of communication have been deeply disappointing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away unless you enjoy overpaying for a clunky, outdated app with poor support and shady business practices.

Gives 10 points for every dollar so using their settings you are giving away $5 for every $20 spent and you can’t change it on the free plan. What you can do is change the amount you give for rewards but you can’t change the other settings so you could change so $5 for every $100 spent but then a review would only give them $0.50 for example so it just doesn’t make sense and their customer service are terrible. Literally just say not possible on a free plan to everything and take forever to reply.

Really easy to set up and support is very responsive and helpful. A lot of great features at the basic level, and we're already getting people signing up for the loyalty program on our site. Looking forward to continued growth. Definitely recommend!

I cannot believe there is no uninstall option anywhere on this app . I did not find the app useful when you have to import your customer detail on a csv

I tried this app for about a month and found that overall it is a feature rich and well thought out app. The down side that I found with the app is that it does not integrate with Shopify POS to allow customers that shop both online and in my brick and mortar store to earn and redeem rewards regardless of where they shop with my business. Anyone that simply has an online order style business this app will work fine. If you have a brick and mortar storefront as well and an online store this app will not serve your customers as well as I believe it should.

Pros: friendly technical support, functionalities (if you have the professional plan) Cons: price, limited functionalities (if you use the free or starter plan) This app offers a lot of functionalities, it allows you to set up custom rules through API as well as customize pre-built rules. It also allows for customization of rewards (% off, $ discount, free shipping). One of my favorite functions is the email notification, it not only notifies members when they earn or redeem points, but it can also send out a notification when members are close to earning their next reward. Furthermore, they have a friendly support staff who are there to answer any of your questions regarding the app. Unfortunately, they are not currently integrated with MailChimp which can limit the personalization of email notifications. Currently, I am still in the process of testing out the app, but it has been quite satisfactory, and a lot more can be done it you know a bit of coding to help you further personalize the app.

Obviously checked out other Loyalty Program apps but, for a small business with less than a thousand loyalty members and combined with all the various ways to earn points this made Zinrelo the best choice. If, like me, you are new to loyalty programs it can take a while to get your head around how the scheme will work for you but, since installing the app it has worked well. The widgets are easyish to customise but if you want to integrate into your site pages a knowledge of coding would be helpful. I've only had a couple of times where I needed to reach out to support and have found their response time to be excellent and are very helpful in fixing any issues and Yahya very kindly helped me out with the coding and integration. Fantastic all-round and well deserving of five stars.

Easy setup and integration. Customers have really enjoyed having a kickback to use later for purchases. I've heard nothing but good feedback from them. Any small issues that have popped up have been solved quickly and efficiently by the support team. Would recommend and will be installing on our other sites.
