It was a pretty complex logic, and I honestly expected to be told “this isn’t possible.” The responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to build a truly custom solution for our store were on another level. Bruce offers amazing customer service! Our business has many facets and that makes our backend Shopify website more complex than most - specifically with wholesale and retail sides to our e-commerce business. We want to be able to run discounts for all customers (logged in and not logged in) but exclude all B2B customers and we could not find ANY solution until we found this app and Bruce.
