**Very poor support and no accountability** I have been a paying customer since 2021, but the support I received from Hannah was extremely disappointing. She was initially responsive when I first reported the issue. After that, my emails were repeatedly left unanswered, and I eventually had to contact support again just to point out that Hannah was no longer replying. When she finally responded, she did not appear to have properly understood or investigated the problem. She claimed that the app would not trigger when a Shopify discount code was used, as the process would go directly to Shopify and was therefore outside their control. This explanation made little sense. If that is the case, what exactly is the app’s trigger supposed to do? I have used this app since 2021 without this persistent problem, yet I was suddenly being told that the app does not work in the way it had apparently been working for years. Before I could even respond, I received another email saying, “Thanks for your patience. I have passed this on to the team.” Once again, I was left hanging without any proper explanation, proposed solution, timeline or follow-up. This is not acceptable support for a long-standing customer who has paid a monthly subscription for approximately five years. Instead of taking ownership of a genuine technical problem, the support process has consisted of delayed replies, contradictory explanations and repeatedly passing the issue elsewhere. To the CEO and management: please take a serious look at how your support team handles long-standing paying customers. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase your company simply to get a technical issue properly investigated. the support I got today from Ron was 10 star. He is patient, explains possibilities and helps you setup. The app is a bit clunky. It is good for what you pay however, requires work from store owner or tech person. Give the app a try.

Great app for all the more detailed discounts you want to activate on your website. Customer service is amazing too, the time difference between the US and Aus can be quite challenging at times though, 24 hour support would be amazing to have one day.

Best plugin for discounts (I tried them all). Has the most features and functionality. UI/UX could be improved, but support was very helpful when I was having issues finding what I wanted to do.

This is the only app I've found that will give percent off discount to highest priced item in a cart. It is a bit difficult to get the discount or promo settings just right, but their help desk is very helpful in resolving any questions.

So far this app has been the only one that was able to help me with my needs that I wanted to do for my promotion campaign. I wanted to do that if someone would order a certain amount of items, they would enter a certain percentage tier for their discount. But, to unlock this the minimum order value had to be €50. Most apps could do one or the other but not both. But this app could, and when I ran into issues I contact the support team and what a service! They implemented the code on the website for me, and for our other store as well. And made sure that everything was working and that I was satisfied, I really did not expect this but I am looking forward to the results of the sale :) The "success fee" was not something I was keen on, but it is free to use and based on your needs you can change that. But seeing that this was the only app that could help me, I honestly don't mind anymore :)
