This app allowed us to create a shipping promotion that was otherwise impossible using Shopify's standard options. And when we were having difficulty creating one of the rate options, Brad was quick to help and explain the problem!

This app is allowing us to offer a free shipping threshold for standard shipping rates, but without discounting premium shipping options. Recommended for any seller who wants to offer this option that Shopify does not natively support.

We used this to separate our free shipping for retail customers from our wholesale customers. It works perfectly, super easy to use. Also, when we encountered a difficulty with our free shipping discounts not combining with Klaviyo's discounts, Brad let us know they had another app in the works that fixes that problem (see RM: Combinable if you need the Klaviyo integration). Terrific support.

We tested multiple shipping discount apps to incorporate fixed-amount discounts on selected shipping methods depending on the destination countries. The cheapest app we found was useless because it was full of bugs even in the trial phase. The second one we tried was great but too expensive for our budget. Then, we found this app. We have tested out multiple destinations, and so far, so good! The price is not ideal for us, but we don't have any other options, and the product is satisfactory. We have just started using this and don't have a long experience with this app but will probably stick with this unless there is a significant issue that comes up or a cheaper option becomes available. Overall, good product!

Great app, we now finally have a way to do % or fixed $ amount discounts off all shipping rates or specific ones only. Brad has been very responsive and has also added additional functions from feedback.

App worked instantly as advertised and solved a super frustrating issue with Shopify not releasing customer tags in the API. After weeks trying to have my site give free shipping to B2B clients, this app solved it in less than 2 minutes.
