Incredible app & support. We were able to increase online orders AND reduce shipping costs more accurate rates for specific zones, postcodes, and products. The support and guidance I received from Jess was exceptional - truly amazing and I am very thankful for their patience and assistance.
Amazing app for our e-commerce store. We had to set a specific price for a free sample bottle which we couldn't do in Shopify settings alone, the app works seamlessly and the support team are first class. I can't recommend this app highly enough

We love this app! We have a big range of shipping rules we need for our products and the app is perfect. Had an issue recently where a rule seemed to not be working as intended and Jess was super helpful and quick resolving it for us.
10/10 would recommend. Better Shipping has been such a great app choice and the team are fantastic. We needed to change our shipping process and Peter and the team were readily at hand to help us. The app does just what I want it to do. it helps me ship my products by weight and even helps me restrict shipping to specific locations. The team helped me with all my questions and guided me through the setup process. Superb and prompt customer service. Definitely worth the money!
