The app doesn't bring in the abandoned cart sales like it should. Their support is very poor. I was charged for the month I didn't use the service and am yet to receive the refund. stay away from this company if yu don't want to bear a loss.

We have been using Contlo for the past two years. While there are other marketing tools with similar features, Contlo stands out because of its excellent customer support - especially our account manager, who has been very supportive and responsive to our queries. However, there is room for improvement in their AI features.
We’ve been using Contlo for the past year to manage our retention and communication flows across email, WhatsApp. It’s made life a lot easier for our marketing team the UI is clean, journeys are simple to set up, and the reporting gives us the right visibility into performance. What stands out most is the support. Richie and the team have always been prompt and helpful, whether it’s setting up a new automation or troubleshooting last-minute issues before a campaign goes live. Contlo has become a key part of our marketing stack, and we’re excited to scale further with them.

We use Contlo extensively for our customer retention strategies. The platform is easy to navigate, offers integration with a lot of applications and support multiple channels of communication. Contlo team is always there to extend support and help.
We've been using Contlo for over a year now and it has been a great marketing tool for us. Their customer support is very responsive whenever we have any issues and they have pretty good set of features in built so we dont have to juggle too many apps. Very useful and definitely delivers a good ROI.
