Software works as promised, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We've been waiting for over a month to receive a promised $88 refund. Each time we make contact regarding the status, we're greeted with coined responses. First, "we're waiting for accounting"; then "we're waiting for corporate approval"; and no we're back to "we're waiting for accounting." Based on the responses, I do not feel they are actively working on this and customer service is spouting scripted responses in the hopes we give up trying. While $88 is not important in the grand scheme, this nonsensical fiasco over $88 has left a bad taste and we're actively looking for a new ship platform. Buyer beware.

we have been using XPS for 5 years now and just hit our 100,000 order marker , and would not switch for any reason. They have always been very supportive and the software is so easy to navigate. We highly recommend XPS.

Excellent option for shipping Shopify orders and even better when you want to consolidate multiple ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. all in one place. The people leaving one star reviews complaining about needing to add a credit card and have a small balance on your account need to understand that XPS is not going to pay to ship your packages even though it's a trial... Plus, this only applies to USPS shipments as you can add your UPS/FedEx account number into the system and be billed weekly as you would normally with these carriers.

I love XPS Ship's customer service - they are fast at getting me back up on-line when I have a question. I've connected XPS as my shipper on Shopify.

After putting the address to ship, then they ask for an additional payment but their system said doesn't work. Its demo doesn't work. Just add payment couldn't do either.

My main reason for using an app was to get a shipping manifest for USPS since Shopify does not provide a manifest. I tried another app and gave up after 2-1/2 hours of chat with someone who was obviously going around to various chats with other people at the same time. I was referred to XPS so I signed up, and was set up and trained within a half hour by Brendan. The next morning I called customer service. They answered the phone immediately and did my first three orders with me on the phone until I was comfortable. Easy peasy. I HIGHLY recommend XPS for ease of use and for their customer service. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! They have such an easy integration, a column dedicated to best price comparisons and a human who answers the phone after a few rings! So happy we found them.
