Discount Genie is an amazing app and an even more impressive support and development organization. We have an (apparently) complex standard discounting scenario. Once I realized that it couldn't be accomplished natively in Shopify I spent weeks going through demo after demo with apps that ultimately couldn't meet our needs. After one inquiry to Shopstack they quickly arranged a call and not only told me that our scenario could be accomplished but literally showed me live in the app. Recently we found some unexpected behavior with a new promotion and the team responded with an all hands on deck approach to make sure we got sorted. They quickly zeroed-in on showing me how to correct the set-up mistake that I had made and that was it. They then spent time educating me and my team on other features we might want to take advantage of and how to improve and streamline our existing discounts with a number of tips and tricks. Even a peek into upcoming releases! The team's enthusiasm for their work really comes through in the fit, finish, and functionality of this app. Really one of the best on the platform.

Very comprehensive feature set that can handle multiple discount types with complex scenarios. The Discount Groups help us work around Shopify limitations with concurrent discount offers and the property-based qualifiers open up even more possibilities. Support from Aaron and team has also been top notch!

We installed this app just before last Black Friday period and it worked flawlessly. The dev team are very responsive if I've had any questions. We'd planned to only use it during sales periods but since then we've setup a lot of other discounts, upsell offers by the use of codes. Great app.
