We run a variety of different promotions with varying levels of complexity and setup is simple and straightforward for everything we've tried to do. If anything needs additional detail or technical work the support team is able to troubleshoot and resolve it for us.
I tried quite a few discount apps. We deal with some fairly complex tiered bulk discounts, customer group specific discounts, promotional discounts. This app is simple and clear to use yet complex in what it can achieve. Style wise the app embeds are great on my website. I had a small theme conflict that arose from the app embed but their support fixed it really quickly, and even tailored a new solution for a quiet obscure discount need we had. More than happy with this app.
We were looking for an app to manage all our discounts and came across this one. It offers a great range of filters and customization options, which made our setup much easier. A special thanks to Ethan; he was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the entire discount setup process.
I tried a lot of volume apps and this was the only one that offered what I was looking for. Use the normal shopify product page, but add a text box underneath to show savings from 10+ items selected. I ran into a small issue which was solved super quick by the team, very impressed. Lots of options in the app, while everything looks very clean. Definitely recommend.
Discount Mixer has been one of the best platforms I've used for discounts. The customer support is amazing! genuinely better than any other platform I've dealt with. They were super helpful, responsive, and even arranged custom discounts for me, which I really appreciated. It may be on the pricier side compared to some alternatives, but it’s definitely worth it for the level of service and support you get. Highly recommended. Max was great!
