We’ve had a great experience with Easy Subscription. The app is easy to set up, integrates smoothly with Shopify, and provides all the flexibility we needed to create and manage our subscription plans. The interface is simple and easy to understand, and the overall setup process was smooth. The support team has also been excellent very responsive, professional, and always willing to understand our requirements and help with any questions or configuration. Overall, Easy Subscription has made managing subscriptions much easier for our store. A reliable and user-friendly app with excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
Support was great and helped with the minor configuration issues I was facing. Very professional team. They also recommended some best practices, which were very helpful.
We recently made the switch to Easy Subs for our coffee subscription business, and I'm so glad we did! It works with Shopify perfectly, and is very straightforward to set up. But most importantly, the support team is phenomenal. I needed to rely on them quite a bit for some of the trickier accounts to migrate and the team has been so responsive and helpful. I feel like they're part of my own team!
