WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I have been working on and off since March (it's now July) to get my Shopify-Faire integration to work correctly. I got so frustrated that I just put it aside for a couple of months only to return to a bigger nightmare ... products duplicating, some missing, inability to add things to cart, carts emptying, etc.... The issue is likely not that complicated but there are too many ways that you can sync the two systems and no good troubleshooting support. BUT the main issue is that Faire support takes forever to respond and when they do so they select one thing to focus on which is often not the crux of the issue. I've decided to delete the app and start from scratch but my store was essentially ineffective during all of Faire's Summer Market and I got minimal to no response or help from Faire. I am integrated with a couple of other platforms and the process was very smooth so the issue is 100% this app.
The order syncing is a little fishy - Shopify and Faire orders will currently not sync both ways unless the Faire orders are within a shipping zone (meaning that geographical area gets flat rate shipping on all your products). This is due to a shipping issue between Faire and Shopify. Otherwise, great app. You need to make sure everything syncs to Faire correctly.
This app is a great idea but definitely has some issues. I only want to offer a fraction of my products on Faire but when I installed the app, ALL products were assigned the Faire tag. I removed the tag, but the products are still in Faire with no easy way to remove them. They are disabled, but it's still very cumbersome. I also have no reason to show Faire orders in my Shopify dashboard. It skews my daily sales numbers and creates two places where the order exists (in Faire and Shopify). I wish there was a way to keep the integration but turn off orders from showing in Shopify. I'd prefer to not use this app at all, but the one benefit that is really helpful is the inventory sync in Shopify and Faire .
We have not been successful in reaching our Faire Account Representative. Despite multiple attempts since April 2026, including emails and trying to connect through live chat, we have not received a response. We have been actively trying to get our Faire account activated, but without support from Faire, we've been unable to move the process forward. We would greatly appreciate assistance in connecting us with the appropriate team so we can resolve this and get our account active again.
sales channel continuously has had problems and has caused us so much stress and delay with wholesale customers and their orders. it has caused our inventory to go out of whack and we have to keep updating it. the sales channel also does not take ANY of the meta tags or information like color, materials and other information into Faire, meaning after it imports your products, you have to search to make sure the correct product is connected, the correct photo and variant photo is connected and then all the information is filled out. It's essentially just having you re-do everything you thought you were doing. it also seems to re-write some of itself, as we've disconnected products, unpublished and or changed information on shopify and or sales channel and it is not reflected in faire, causing a lot of problems. Faire, please get on this and fix it. We used a third party app and were told we needed to switch to this to make everything work well and yet have the same and worst problems.
This has vastly increased our ability to provide our products B2B. Simple to set up, easy syncing, fantastic customer service. Very impressed with this app.
They've helped enable our wholesale order growth. We love the platform and the functionality to interact with new and existing customers.
