I downloaded this app ID.me Community Verification. I contacted Shopify yesterday, the support agent can see it without any issue. However, I still cant access it. When I checked with me Dev team, they said the error was "Refused to display 'https://discountify.id.me/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'."They said when an website sets X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN, it is blocking other websites from embedding it inside an . In short: ID.me’s servers actively blocked our Shopify store from displaying their page in a frame for security reasons (to prevent clickjacking). Browsers strictly enforce this rule, which is why the page refused to load. I tried VPN, incognito tab, and another browser, but still didnt work.

The experience has been terrible. Most of our customers are unable to complete the verification process. Despite charging $375 per month, the platform doesn't even provide access to order details or useful analytics. The functionality is extremely basic and nowhere near worth the price. We expected a much more robust solution at this cost.

Liz in partner support was fantastic to work with and was able to solve my issues. When reaching out for support though make sure you reach to the appropriate support channel for partners.. I didn't realize it at the time but i spent quite a bit of time on the customer/enduser side of support not partner support.

It's good when it works. Customers often get errors when trying to authenticate, and support never replies to queries. We had to install the free alternative app and we are seeing better results. We might delete id.me altogether in the next month if the alternative app continues to work.

Doesn't work. Error message :( There is no customer service or support number. I have submitted an email requesting assistance and I still haven't heard back.

Very disappointed with this app. The "Verify Me" links didn't work after setup and there is no documentation to help understand what might be going on. Also couldn't disable the app as other reviewers have pointed out. Reached out to support and there was no response. I don't work with app vendors that don't support their apps.

The app stopped working and I have submitted multiple support tickets but still cannot get any support! I cannot even disable it, as it gives me an error, so all it does is upset my customers. DO NOT USE until they can get their support straightened out.

Brian from tech support stepped in to help me solve an issue we had. After an exchange of emails, he was ultimately nice enough to set up a video call and walk through each step to trouble shoot the problem and was able to solve the issue. Brian was friendly, courteous, and happy to help, and I greatly appreciated that.
