IF returns ha facilitado muchísimo el proceso de cambios y devoluciones con nuestros clientes. Es una aplicación super útil ya que se pueden gestionar los cambios y devoluciones de una manera mucho más fácil y clara con unos pocos de clicks. Gracias a IF returns también hemos notado que muchos clientes optan por el cambio antes de hacer devoluciones gracias al sistema para retener el dinero en tienda. En general 100% recomendable.

En resumen estamos muy contentos con la platafoma. Desde que gestionamos nuestros cambios y devoluciones con Lastmile ofrecemos al cliente la opción de recoger en su domicilio la prenda tanto para cambiar de talla o devolver. Esa facilitación hacia el cliente nos genera más ventas online. También nos olvidamos de comprobar si ha expirado el plazo de devolución, ya que la propia plataforma lo controla. Y nos ahorramos muchos correos preguntando por la política de devoluciones y solicitando cambios. Es una muy buena plataforma para gestionar los cambios y devoluciones y estamos encantados!

El equipo de atención al cliente es muy efectivo y los desarrolladores están muy atentos de nuestras necesidades.
