Great support experience! The team was very professional, responsive, and kind.
Redo makes for a streamlined returns process both for customers and for the inventory team. They have a real human, responsive support team. Kudos to Jared & co.
So far so good with redo on easy return portals but the true star of the show is their engineer team! We had an issue that was pointing to a syntax error with the Redo app causing a crash on our site but it wound up being a different app on our site and Redo's engineers pinpointed that it was not Redo's app causing the issues and clarified and fixed the situation that was not even their problem! We were originally hesitant to use the "free platform" but it's truly free to Shopify Store owners and the service has been absolutely nothing short of fantastic!
Redo has helped us to be more efficient in not only shipping, but with our customers directly. We have better conversions, and better exchanges vs returns for refunds only. Peter has been a huge help!

Unauthorized internal outreach and aggressive upselling. Despite having an established point of contact for our merchant account, our team members continue to be bombarded with unsolicited emails pushing new features. When a vendor scrapes company directories to spam internal staff outside of established channels, it makes reliable account management difficult to maintain. .
I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service for assistance. The representative was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to address my concerns and worked with me to find a resolution. I truly appreciate the prompt communication and effort to make things right.
