Customer support was fantastic. We had an old account we couldn't get into and not only did they help us recover it but they also cleared up any errors and moved our old shopify connection to our existing account. They also helped us through updating our subscription plan and setting up the widget to be used with shopify. The app itself is also super easy to use.

Added this to our store today, and had everything installed within minutes (literally -- very easy!). Had one minor question and reached out to the help team, and had a reply back within about 3 minutes from an extremely knowledgeable and helpful customer service rep (thanks, Rick!). As a servicemember myself with a store catering to the military, I think offering a military discount is important, and having a company that's made that very easy for me to do is awesome. Time will tell how the app does and performs, etc., but for now, I'm a huge fan. Thanks guys.

There's quite a few stores that support our military. Business owners like mine enjoy giving something back to those who put their lives on the line! I used to use a general military discount code and had to worry that the code could eventually fall into the wrong hands. So, I've been waiting for an app like this to help me give a discount to our legitimate active military (and hopefully soon, veterans)! The Gruntroll guys read my mind! It took only a few minutes for me to get everything set up and operational. Now I have the peace of mind to give a specific discount code to legitimate military personnel. Also, with the bulk code option, the chances of my discount codes being abused is greatly reduced!
