De app presteert goed en is gebruiksvriendelijk en efficiënt.
Heel erg blij met deze app. Efficiëntie x 10. Minder fouten door manueel werk. Zeker aangeraden dus.
Doesn't work. Technical Support: not existing. Installed the software. Bugs to be seen on Safari and Chrome. Impossible to print stickers. Sometimes 2 labels per shipment.
very buggy, since the winter edition update '23 issues with the order status. Not setting the status the fulfilled but stays open or archived. extremely annoying as is the core business of any webshop ...
De app is een verbetering om over te schakelen tussen een afhaalpunt en een thuislevering terwijl klanten dit niet hebben aangegeven. In principe zou het platform ervoor al gebruiksvriendelijker moeten zijn zodat klanten het niet kunnen vergeten om een afhaalpunt aan te duiden terwijl ze dit hebben doorgegeven. Nadeel: het laden van de app en bijhorende zendingen duurt soms zeer lang.
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over MyParcel! Het team is altijd bereid om te helpen en de website is supergebruiksvriendelijk. Echt een aanrader!
