We’ve been using PostCo for our returns process and have been extremely happy with it. It has made a real difference to the way we manage returns, significantly reducing the number of support tickets and making the whole process much more streamlined for both our team and our customers. The platform is very easy to use, and our customers find the returns process straightforward and intuitive. From a staff perspective, it has also made managing returns much simpler and more efficient. For a fashion brand, we particularly appreciate how customisable PostCo is. It allows us to tailor the returns experience to suit our business and our customers, rather than having to work around a one-size-fits-all system. Another real strength is the team behind PostCo. They are incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating, and whenever we have needed support, they have been there to help us find a solution. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile. Overall, we are very happy with PostCo and would highly recommend it to other fashion brands looking to streamline and improve their returns process.

The support team is amazing and helpful, They always respond quickly and resolve any issues.
The app works well, but support changed our default language without permission after I asked a simple question. It is unacceptable to modify customer settings without notification or consent. __ They fixed that. __ The app is working okay, but if you are outside the US, you have pretty limited options. Also, it is quite costly, compared to similar apps.
