Before rolling it out, we had our tech team validate the deep feature set and it held up to all their scrutiny. It's become one of the most useful tools in our stack. On top of that, the support team is genuinely best-in-class -- responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions. Can't recommend it enough.

Poor, unprofessional customer support. Do not download this app. Customer support is unhelpful and unprofessional. Rep Hujjat sent a video instead of actually helping. When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance. When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team. Avoid. P.S. The app owner's public response to this review is further proof. Rather than addressing the issues raised, he characterized my statement that I would leave an honest review to warn others — a standard consumer right — as a "threat." That reframing speaks for itself. Proceed with caution.

I have searched for months for an app that would solve my discounts problem. We often have orders that go over 35 line items, and the built-in Shopify automatic discounts stop working after 35 lines.
