I’ve been using Koala Bundles for my shop and it’s great, but the customer support is next level. I had an issue with my product variants not syncing with the app, so I reached out and Max helped me out. He was awesome! I’ve worked with quite a few Shopify apps, and this is honestly one of the best investments we’ve made for our store. The app offers so many useful features and campaign options that every e-commerce marketer would need to run a professional online store. Instead of installing multiple separate apps, you can manage a lot of important promotional activities in one place, which makes day-to-day marketing much easier. What impressed me the most, however, was the support team. We ran into an issue while launching our first campaign. At first, it looked like the app had crashed, but it turned out the root cause was actually a Shopify-related error. Despite it not being their fault, Alina immediately jumped in, explained exactly what was happening, guided us through the issue, and helped us get everything up and running. The timing was particularly unfortunate because we were preparing a live campaign, but the team handled the situation incredibly professionally. They even extended our access as a goodwill gesture, despite the issue being completely outside of their control. That level of customer care is rare these days. A huge thank you to Alina for the patience, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their customers’ success. I have recently installed Koala Bundles app to my Shopify store and was very impressed with how easy it was to integrate. There are so many different variations to choose from to embed to your store. It's great to have everything inside one single app. Customer support is amazing also! Highly recommend.

Works perfectly! This is exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted. I especially like the ability to enable offers for specific segments. The only minor drawback is that it’s not possible to apply offers to all products in a collection for multiple segments — you have to do it via tags and add those tags to all products. But that’s just a nuance. Overall, it works very well.

Although it's not always 100% intuitive on how to do something, most of the time, this app can do what you think it does. Works really well for our store for quantity bundles and our announcement banners! If you need help, their customer service in their chat widget is excellent (shoutout Max!), and they will show you, with written instructions and screenshots, how to do something. We do recommend. And we will try to find the time to learn how to use the app to its fullest capabilities!
