These guys were able to customize the button for me and make it work all the time! What a great feature cuz my customers really like to call me and ask a million questions so this works out perfect! I'll be using this app for years to come!

This app is a MUST HAVE! for any Shopify store. We've actually replaced our live chat with Raven Callback and have had tremendous success and many customers have commented on their satisfaction of having a call back button. Oh, not mention higher conversions! I'm probably converting half of my callback sales at least. But whats a great app without great customer service. Simply put, tremendously valuable. Within the first day of adding Raven, we closed every callback request. Ahmed has been extremely helpful in getting our site optimized and we look forward to seeing what this amazing app can do in our busy season. If you have any high ticket items, there is no reason not to use Raven. Our product pages are very in depth, but when people are spending $500-$1500 online, nothing is more personable and effective than a phone call. AMAZING. Got the app, and on the 1st day using it, we had made 3/3 conversions for over $1000 in sales. Its a great way to get in touch with your customer without being overly aggressive via email or phone calls - they let you know when they want to speak. Talking with customers has already improved almost every aspect of our store, and increased sales! Also, the customer service that the Raven team has offered me has been exceptional - had a minor issue (which was actually my fault) and they went above and beyond to assist me. Didn’t know what to expect when installing this app, but WOW! This is a game changer for us. We reached out for a custom button embed, and Ahmad embedded the button on our cart page. We wanted to reduce abandoned checkouts. We’ve already gotten several callback requests from the cart page (we know this because Raven tracks the page where the request comes from) and so it’s already helping us prevent abandons. I installed Callback request by Raven on a whim because I thought that there needed to be a lower impact call bypass to the standard chat, or email form that didn't give that instant gratification. The products we sell require some explaining, we sell customer paper cups to the Yogurt shop market. So through that process people need to understand, how the cups are made, how to get the logo on there, what the design process is, what the minimums are. Even though you can plaster all of that on a page, our customers prefer the phone. Once we put this on, all of a sudden, 5-10-15 call back requests a day from customers that were interested to learn and listen. This is a newer app, but I'm very glad that it exists, its simplistic and it works. If your brand new and starting out and your looking for your very first selection of apps, and you don't mind picking up the phone, in my opinion this should be one of your first 10 apps.
