We've been using this app for 10+ years. Over the years we have looked at alternatives, but nothing comes close in terms of value, functionality and customer service.

2 factor authentication impossible as their system doesn't support it and they are not willing to answer whether their company holds adequate insurance if data is leaked from their platform which is extremely concerning for a tech company that is holding customers personal information. Data is held for an infinite time with no retention policies by default unless you manually log in to the platform and send a message to request your data to be deleted. The UI is also not user friendly and hasn't been updated for many years.

I wish I found ReadyToShip sooner. As our store grew we found ourselves wasting so much time on our two previous clunky freight apps (Well known ones too). We can do hundreds of orders in minutes now and that's a dream come true, it really is. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

As a solo small business owner, I run the whole show and it gets overwhelming when your business grows. I am telling you guys, ReadyToShip is a MUST HAVE app if you want a seamless and more accurate way of creating labels and notifying your customers! Brilliant app that has saved us so much time with fulfillment. We use Australia Post and it seamlessly integrates to the eparcel system making things so simple and easy to use. We recently needed some extra help with integrating a second store and Nathan was so great to deal with. He even created a custom video showing us how to manage this new integration in the back end.
