I’m extremely disappointed with Seguno’s billing practices and customer service. My business was charged $335 per month for 15 months, totaling $5,025, for a service we were not actively using. When I contacted Seguno, they acknowledged there had been confusion during our conversation the previous year about canceling the service. Despite the account’s lack of meaningful activity, they refused to provide a full refund and offered to refund only three months, leaving my business responsible for $4,020 in unused subscription charges. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but I expected a fairer resolution after they reviewed the prior conversation and account activity. I recommend closely monitoring your invoices and making sure any cancellation request is explicitly confirmed in writing.

Seguno is significantly better than any other marketing platform I've used for my business. The support and assistance provided by their team is unmatched! Seguno is a great e-mail tool, theres some limits on design, but it makes thing like customer segmentation and automations easy and complete. Customer support was always fast and helpful

Best experience I've had with any app that I've used on Shopify. The onboarding process was incredible and I worked with an actual human (I know, unheard of these days) that helped me make the switch over from Mailchimp. They gave me step by step guidance and offer much needed advice when necessary. I couldn't recommend Seguno enough!

Great and professional tool. I truly appreciate more template options and with more designs. Also allow us to customize it a little bit more, in special text color, type of letters and backgrounds. But in general it is amazing. Thank you
