Minulla on verkkokauppa sivutoimisena harrastuksena. Shopifyssä mulla on yksi oletuspakkauskoko ja sain yhden aihepiirin tuotevalokoimani toimimaan hienosti Shipitillä kun ajattelin oletuspakkaukseen halutun tuotemäärän 1kg painoiseksi ja haluttu tuotemäärä per oletuspakkaus jaettiin 1kg painon mukaan. Nämä painot on asetettu Shopifyyn ja tällä tavalla kassatestien mukaan toimii Shipitin kanssa hienosti!
Sovellus on helpottanut arkea huomattavasti, kun osoitekortit saa yhdellä klikkauksella tulostettua. Tarvittaessa myös pakettiautomaatin saa asiakkaan toiveiden mukaan valittua manuaalisti, kun erillistä kassalla olevaa valintaikkunaa ei tälle omassa kaupassa ole. Iso kiitos Shipitin aspalle kärsivällisestä asennusavusta, kun omat aivot eivät meinanneet millään taipua käsittämään kokonaisuutta. Lopulta kun systeemin ymmärsin, niin jopa tämä tekniikanihmelapsi sai sovelluksen pelittämään varsin näppärästi ja käyttö on ollut helppoa ja vaivatonta. Eri postitusvaihtoehtoja on helppo lisätä, poistaa ja muokata tarpeen mukaan myös silloin, kun käytössä ei ole Shopifyn CCS vaan postitukset menevät manuaalina itse määrittäen.
Loistava, nopeasti reagoiva asiakaspalvelu. Muutenkin homma toimii kiitettävällä tasolla :)

Det här en fantastisk app där man har väldigt många valmöjligheter. Till exemple så kan man skriva in mycket mera info i utchecknings kassan. Också har shipit bättre priser än vårt avtal vi hade med DHL Freight. Och inte minst mycket hjälpsam support även telefon support. Rekommenderar dom mycket starkt Rune
I'm glad that Shipit finally made the app for Shopify. Shipit has been very useful for small businesses to deliver packages abroad affordably and hassle free. The customer service has also been very friendly and helpful.
Sovelluksessa on monipuoliset konfigurointiasetukset, joiden avulla sitä voi muokata omiin tarpeisiin sopivaksi. Tämä on ollut erityisen hyödyllistä. Asiakaspalvelu reagoi nopeasti ja aina ystävällisesti, mikä tekee ongelmatilanteiden ratkaisemisesta helppoa ja sujuvaa.
Sovelluksen käyttöönotto oli todella helppoa ja toiminut moitteettomasti. Vaihdoin Shipitin omaan sovellukseen toisesta sovelluksesta ja Shipitin sovellus toimii kyllä paremmin ja asennus oli paljon helpompi ja loogisempi.
