Pesima gestión por parte del servicio al cliente, no te puedes encargar tu mismo de los reclamos, tienen que ser ellos y la verdad la gestión que hacen deja mucho que desear

Muy buena, a veces me marca sobre cargo no entendemos porque pero haciendo la reclamación es muy facil resolverlo
Me ha facilitado los envíos, ya no tengo que crear cuentas con paqueterías ni ir a sucursales para conseguir buenos precios. Además todo desde mi tienda online.
La integración ha hecho mucho más fácil el trabajo de los envíos, la verdad estamos muy contentos con Skydropx. Para cualquier problema, tienen un sistema de atención de clientes excelente.
Es intuitivo, fáci de manejar y entender. Tiene la facilidad de recargas la cuenta directamente con el saldo que pagan los clientes por los envíos (A diferencia de otras inetgraciones de logística) Tiene una integración completa con Shopify, sean órdenes para contraentrega o con envíos estandar. Las tarias con las transportadoras son adecuadas. El servicio al cliente es demasiado efectivo, fluido y de gestión rápida. Se los recomiendo!!
Muy fácil de instalar y de usar. El servicio al cliente y la resolución de problemas es muy rápida y eficiente. Además, el rango de opciones de paqueterías es muy amplio y los precios por guía son buenísimos
