Just installed this app. We needed to offer free shipping to specific customers and for specific rates only. Very simple to use and support was available right away and really good. Set-up was done in less than 5mns and it works perfectly. We had been struggling for months to set-up such a basic functionality and given not so great advice by Shopify support (managing through Shopify Flow,etc.). This is a better solution.

Two options missing: Location by local area like state bulk import option Otherwise plugin good to rate 5.

I downloaded one app trying to set up free shipping on the whole order if the order included a particular product. It turns out I downloaded the wrong app and would have spent a while trying to figure out that it could not do what I needed then more time finding a free app that could. But when I downloaded the wrong app, an assistant messaged me to see if they could help me set it up. They were able to quickly tell me that the current app did not work for such purposes and redirect me to this app that could do what I wanted. Then, they even set up the discount I wanted for me!

I'm so thrilled with this app and the fantastic customer service! I wanted an app that would allow me to offer free shipping on a featured collection, but not penalize customers with shipping charges if they added items outside of the collection. It would have taken me awhile to figure out myself, but Reymar hopped on the chat and set it up within about 2 minutes for me. He even stayed on the chat while I tested it and then he scheduled it to be active during my event. I highly recommend this app!

This is a great app for creating complicated discounts. It works very well and have had no errors setting up new discounts. My only request so far is that it would be helpful to have the ability to duplicate an already set up discount within the same store, or to another store.
