We are using Easy Student Discounts for our store, and during the setup, we ran into some issues with the button styles and section dimensions. Their support team responded incredibly fast and provided the exact CSS code to help us resolve everything. Although the program hasn't gone live yet, we are super excited and looking forward to seeing a great boost in conversions once it launches!

The setup was quick and intuitive, and directing students to a dedicated discount‐page feels very professional. What stands out is the support: whenever we had a question, the team responded fast and helped us sort things out. We installed the app, but some time passed before we activated the discounts. For some reason, we couldn’t get the configuration right, so we reached out to support via email. The response was immediate—they resolved the issue the same day and provided us with very useful and valuable information. *Update* I have adjusted my review up to 4 stars as the request a University feature seems to be working, and the workflow I have now for dealing with faulty emails is more streamlined. (Original review) When it works, it's great! It's easy for customers to use and is a bit of a 'set it and forget it' solution which is amazing. The customer support is great too, getting back to me quickly if I have an issue. My only reason for not giving more stars is the amount of emails I have to go through, apologising to customers that the student discount didn't work. Having to apologise to customers for an issue that isn't yours is annoying and a real shame. (80% of my customer emails are about a student discount not working) Like I said, the support is quick on adding to the database, and they have added some features for shop owners to add universities to the database (I haven't received confirmation on these entries yet) but for every customer that emails asking why it isn't working, I'm sure there are more that just give up and shop elsewhere. I think these features are a step in the right direction, but I can't give it more stars for the amount of emails and my own discount codes that I have sent out because of the delay.

Easy to use app, does exactly what it says and makes offering student discount easy! Team are great at helping with an little adjustments, fast and very responsive. Would recommend
