I am writing to share critical feedback regarding the current syncing functionality of your Shopify app, as it is causing significant disruptions to our store management. We integrated this app to simplify our workflow, but it has unfortunately increased our manual workload dramatically due to the following major issues: Incorrect Product Syncing: The app is automatically listing products on Temu that we have explicitly excluded from the Temu channel in Shopify. It is publishing unapproved items, forcing us to manually search for and delete them one by one to avoid incorrect listings. Missing Images: For the products that are synced, the app only imports a single image per product. We are having to go into each listing manually to re-upload the rest of the product images. This app was meant to save us time, but listing items we didn't want and fixing incomplete images has created a lot of unnecessary stress and manual labor. Please look into these syncing and media bugs urgently, as the integration is currently not fit for purpose.

Great app easy to use, but still lot is remaining to br resolved, like when adding products in bulk it says add the base price and also when you try to add base price the place of base prices doesnt open and we are not allowed to add the base price, in individual when we add the base price it says system error.

It helps our store distribute and reach out to more customers, and more exposure for our products too!

Very bad interface, every step comes with problems. Couldn't even get it setup to sell with the support team that did bother responding for 2 days. In the end just a waste of time.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Shopify apps I have ever used. The interface is not intuitive at all, and almost every step comes with problems. The overall feature set is very limited and does not meet the requirements of a professional sales channel integration. Product synchronization is highly unreliable. Products do not sync correctly, images are often missing or assigned incorrectly, and meta data is not mapped properly. This makes it extremely time-consuming to maintain listings and leads to constant errors. The documentation is very poor and does not explain critical workflows or common issues. When problems occur, there is little to no helpful support available, which makes resolving issues frustrating and inefficient. Overall, this app is not ready for serious use. I cannot recommend it in any way. One of the most disappointing Shopify apps I have worked with.

Great! It is pretty easy to connect with TEMU seller center. And the sync is much more easier for seller to use. Hopefully, this will continue to iterate and evolve.

Temu is the future. Unlike Amazon, they have helpful support. The app connects seamlessly without needing an expensive intermediary program. Exporting items was also easier than on other platforms. I've only been using it for a short time, but I'm thrilled.
