I've been using Tiered Pricing for years; however, after changing themes, the discount pricing app broke. Rahul and the support team got it resolved immediately, so we didn't experience any loss of functionality or sales. Great support.

So far this company has been tip-top. Our store has retail customers who will save 20%, 30% or 40% off many products. It was very easy to set up the customer specific discounts. Also, we have a few product quantity discounts, and they were easy to set up as well. If I had a problem, I contacted support through the chat. Every time, I was answered within minutes, and told the problem would be fixed. Later, I got an email, and the problem was fixed. I've only been with them for a short time, but so far for me, their support has been as good as you can find.

We’ve been using this app to manage custom member pricing for our variable SKUs directly in Shopify POS, and it has worked really well for our business needs. The flexibility to set up customized pricing tiers gave us exactly the solution we were looking for, something that Shopify’s native setup couldn’t handle. What stood out to us was the support team—whenever we encountered a critical issue, their response time was reasonably fast and effective, ensuring our operations were not disrupted. I installed the app to see if it would suit my needs, tried it for 2 hours, then uninstalled when I realized it's not what I'm looking for (or perhaps it would be but not on the basic plan, only on the pricier plan). After uninstalling, my site no longer displayed product quantities or sku's. Now I'm scrambling to figure out what this app did to my site and how to repair it. For a small business, this is crushing.

I am not going to sugarcoat this. These guys seemed to burn me. That's why I had dropped them down to a 1 star from 5 originally. This app really made my life easier. Then it disappeared. That freaked me out and pissed me off. HOWEVER, they came back, apologized for the issues, and have been great ever since. They do have great support and this product has one thing that no one else does (as far as I know), and that's the ability to mark-up not just down. So if you have your base costs in your system and you want a tier to be cost+10% (for instance) you can. This way, you don't have to worry about low margin item with a big discount. You can control it from the bottom up. It's mostly for B2B applications, but if this sounds like you, then you are looking at the best tool for the job. +++++ SECOND REVIEW ++++++++++++ While they were good at first, they up and disappeared without any warning. HORRIBLE way to treat a paying customer. +++++ ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW +++++++ As the manufacturer of the products we sell, I was looking for an app to help manage my distributors when entering orders and sending quotes. We don't do quantity discounts, we just have fixed discounts for our distributor tiers. The distributors have price lists. When we enter purchase orders from them, we can make the order in app, and then compare their pricing in our system to the pricing on their order, as a way to have a check and balance. This was the kind of solution I was looking for. The team was very responsive when I ran into issues. If you are a manufacturer, this is a great solution to help you with your distributors.

This app offers flexible discount options and works seamlessly with Shopify. The most important aspect is the excellent support team they respond quickly and provide immediate solutions for all kinds of discount related request.
