Had issues with the install and reading conflicting information online, but the X team got in touch, worked through my issues quickly, and then got on a call with me (that fit my schedule) to make sure I was 100% solid on X ads. Could not have asked for a better experience or resolution.
Mira was very professional, helpful and persistent on solving our issues. She was able to jump on a call immediately and help.
