The Zenstores onboarding process has been one of the easiest and smoothest we have ever encountered. The Zenstores team have been particularly helpful and are a joy to deal with, with special mentions to Alex Myers, Harry Rook and especially Michael Lennon, who have been there with us every step of the way as we set things up. The Zenstores team are always available to help, and even if they're not, they will always get back to you at the earliest opportunity, which at the minimum is same day. We are only a couple of months into using Zenstores but already it has comfortably saved our business 1-2 hours of admin per day, minimum. The Zenstores team will do what they can to ensure that the app works for your business and it's needs, and they are constantly developing Zenstores and open to any suggestions users or customers have. This makes for such a good collaborative process and ensures Zenstores has all the functionality your business could need. We can't recommend this app enough and if you're unsure, they offer a trial basis, free of charge, so you've got nothing to lose by just testing it out. Click & Drop is good...until you have to do 100+ orders per day. We found 300 per day was breaking point. Zenstores provided a welcome resolution and after a month of using it, especially over the late-Oct, early-Nov increase in volume it's been a life saver. Fantastic. A service that excels where others fail. We moved toe Zenstores completely by chance recently after EasyShip and ShipStation couldn't do the service we needed. Not only did Zenstores save the day, but they massively exceeded our expectations and now we have a swift solution that more than covers our needs and saves us time. Lovely interface to use as well, unlike Shipstation that looks like the UI was designed in 1982
