L'app est facile à installer et les options de personnalisations sont top, le chatbox s'intègre parfaitement au design de ma boutique ce qui était très important pour moi car je vends de la cosmétique haut de gamme. En plus les réponses sont fluides et pertinentes, ce qui n'est vraiment pas toujours le cas avec les autres solutions. Il est même possible de définir le ton de voix et l'IA apprends vite donc l'image de marque est respectée. Je recommande !
