Batu, the co-founder, even joined our onboarding call and patiently helped us make sure everything was set up correctly. Outstanding support and an amazing team!
A great addition to our outdoor store, I'm sure it drives conversions with customers who are on the fence, The AI chat feature appears helpful although it's not 100% yet but i understand improving all the time. The team are helpful and approachable when needed. Recommended

Implementation is straightforward and results yielded quickly. No training or set up necessary - the agent created it's own archive and gives better info than the integrated Shopify chat did - the discount tool works well and allows you to avoid advertising sales which affects multi channel strategy.
Within minutes of installing Buddy AI, our store had an intelligent assistant capable of answering product questions and making recommendations.
