The best part is how it explains product differences. We have several similar items and shoppers get confused. BuyScout helps them understand which one fits them.
BuyScout has been useful for the questions we used to answer over and over: sizing, compatibility, shipping, and product differences. It gives customers enough information to keep moving instead of waiting for our team.
I was skeptical about AI in sales, but it genuinely helps clarify product differences. Our products are similar on the surface, and the agent explains them better than our old FAQ page ever did.
We've had a great experience with BuyScout so far. It helps customers find the right products by answering questions, comparing options, and suggesting relevant add-ons without feeling pushy. The order tracking and post-purchase support have also reduced a lot of repetitive customer inquiries.
We saw more add-ons in carts after turning on the recommendations. Nothing crazy, but noticeable.
The product comparison feature is probably my favorite. Customers often compare us with Amazon or bigger retailers, and this keeps the discussion inside our store.
It helped us reduce repetitive support emails. People can ask sizing, materials,compatibility, shipping policy, etc. right on the site.
