SCAM SERVICE! Auto-sync has never worked even though I've been paying the $19/month plan and customer service takes weeks to respond and when they do, they respond with only one question at a time, resulting in months of back and forth until they completely stop responding, and as soon as you think they've gotten the gist of your issue, you're forced to respond in a new chat and when they finally respond, they start again with the damn one-at-a-time questions. I am requesting a refund for every billing period because I was promised daily auto-sync and 24/7 customer service since the beginning, and I have never received those services. This is a scam service.

Quite useful. Exactly what I've been looking for as I have products on Amazon.

Perfect app. Just what I needed to bridge the gap between my Amazon products and my Shopify Store.

UPDATE: For the free 100 credit trial option, you have to contact the developer directly. Also, be careful when adding affiliate links for items with multiple variants--EACH VARIANT will cost you ONE CREDIT. This is somewhat problematic with items such as clothing where there are potentially 30+ variants. It would be nice to choose the variants that you want to import. I feel that it is odd to have to import variants at all, particularly if you are just using the affiliate link function. I just started setting it up this morning, so I am just now learning how to use it. So far, functionality of this app is okay. It is a little bit buggy and crashed once. The developer was supportive and promised future improvements. This app does seem like it could be awesome with a few tweaks. I will update this review as I work with it. I really enjoy using this app. Uploads are easy and customer support is fast. One of my favorite apps.

If you only want to import products from Amazon this seems to work fine. Syncing prices or informations of products already in your shopify store is not possible though. I contacted support to figure out if there is any way to sync existing products and explained my problem several times, but they did not understand and stopped replying entirely after a few messages.

Batch import doesn't work! Contacted customer service twice but got no response! Terrible experience! I only received two emails asking me to leave a review, but no help with my issue. Today, I was charged $19, and I'm extremely unhappy with this experience. The app's functionality is poor, and the lack of customer support makes it even worse. Do not recommend!
