We’ve had a good experience using Manifest AI (Milo) on our Shopify store. The chatbot integrates well and helps customers navigate products quickly, which improves the overall shopping experience. What stands out most is their support team. They are responsive, collaborative, and willing to work through custom logic requests with us. There is still room to improve, but the team has been proactive in helping us refine the setup. Overall, it’s a strong tool backed by a team that stands behind their product.

The AI features are good and it uses information from our website as well as information we have uploaded very efficiently, it is also very easy to amend chat responses and train the AI. The app is continuously improving with new features which has made it easier to manage. Very happy with the app functionality.
