Superbe application ! Réduction de la charge du SAV, ce qui a pour conséquence de mieux convertir, car forcément, un client qui a une réponse immédiate à sa question a plus de chance de passer commande. Louis est hyper réactif et joignable, l'application est toujours améliorée. Tout est parfait !
