Can't get products to load at all! There's no reliable customer service or product support avenue. This app is WAY too expensive to not work and not have someone assisting to set it up. It's been 24 hours I am wasting a free trial with no response. DISAPPOINTED.
Rep AI has become part of how we sell online. It answers sizing and product questions in Hebrew and English, jumps in when a shopper hesitates, and it's driven 12% of our assisted sales while cutting repetitive support tickets. Great team, quick setup. recommended!!

We've been using REP AI for a while now, and the results have honestly exceeded our expectations. Since installing it, we've seen a steady increase in sales, with REP AI generating around $500 a day on its own, which is pretty amazing. But what really surprised us was the impact on customer support. We're getting significantly fewer support tickets, customers are getting answers faster, and our overall website conversion rate has increased by tens of percent. It's rare to find a tool that actually delivers on what it promises, but REP AI has done exactly that for us. Really happy with the results so far. Definitely worth it! 10/10
A splendorous app that has a real knack for getting customers to hop the fence and snag a quick product! Rep AI does all the heavy lifting for me, engages with customers, deals with customers, indulges with customers etc. while I am able to put my focus on other matters of the business such as that nitty gritty task of SEO!
This is my first 1 star review ever! The customer support is non existent, they put me on the $368 plan when I literally only have just started out, I asked them simply to extend my trial and no response whatsoever. Beware REP AI is only seeking to make profits off of you and doesn't care whatsoever about the success of your business...
This app has been an incredible revenue driver for us. It's also reduced support tickets dramatically. My CSR is Hans and he's been terrific and super helpful. I'm not technical and the app has been easy to implement, the ai responses are highly accurate.
