This is the best AI-rep we've used (and we've tried a few of them for our store). The customer service is quick to jump in and help you out. I especially enjoy the continual updates that Rep AI sends out on their software -- peace of mind for knowing that they're always working on the back-end systems. This AI-rep has really been helpful on reducing the manual touch-points needed to answer questions users have when visiting our website. Highly recommended!

paid for annual subscription - shut me off after 8 months and a certain number of views. I couldn't view billing history or anything in the app. One button was available "upgrade" for $500 per month. Good app but definitely not worth $550 per month for a basic LLM.

I wanted to love it but when I go in and look at the chat records, it seems like most people are leaving them feeling kind of annoyed and frustrated. It's very much what you would expect from talking to AI... Lots of confident-sounding answers that often don't actually address the question the customer is asking and lead to circular conversations. Sometimes it's great and fully on point but the thing you can't measure that worried me is all the people who were turned off by the experience. As I think we all know by now, AI is alluring to us as business owners but the public seems to have some pretty strong negative feelings about it and it's a bit of a tightrope. For this reason I'm pulling the plug for now.

This app is next level. We received VIP help from Dafi who helped us with some issues. We couldn’t run our business without Rep AI.
