Great support service got back to me straight away.
I've had a great experience with Return Go. It definitely needed help setting up, but did so over calls and chats. The team were super helpful and set everything up for me. Any issues I've had, I've been able to discuss on the chat. It can feel a little clunky at times, but no major issues.
Clear and easy to set-up and use. Much better than the first returns portal we tried to partner with. The help desk is always responsive and efficiently resolves any issue we have. A great service.
Very good Customer Service team. You can connect via chat, and they are excellent to deal with and sort out any issues you may have.
