I really like this chatbot. It was very easy to train it on the content of our website, and I also appreciate the option to upload additional documents to expand its knowledge. It’s simply spectacular. Shoply, the Shopify AI agent, works like magic. It quickly learned our language, brand voice, and company culture. In fact, we have even encouraged our in-store sales team to learn from the way Shoply recommends products, suggests complementary items, and shares helpful ideas with customers. It is incredibly intuitive, practical, and easy to use. Choosing Shoply has been one of the best decisions we have made for our online store.
